Implementation data upload

To upload implementation data you need to:

  1. Save your implementation data in csv file format (use our approved ESS Examples template or PDRS Examples template to capture data in the right format before saving as a csv file)
  2. Complete the registering certificates case in TESSA where you will be asked to upload your csv data file.

You must use the latest CSV Specification and examples templates when uploading implementation data in TESSA:

New implementation data requirements apply from 1 November 2024

The latest CSV Specification includes new columns to reflect changes to implementation data requirements that apply for all implementations with an Implementation Date on or after 1 November 2024:

  • the National Metering Identifier (NMI) for all PDRS implementations
  • installer licence information for whoever performs or supervises any work that requires a licence for all PDRS and all ESS HEER and IHEAB implementations
  • the installer’s Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation number for all PDRS SASC battery (BESS1) implementations.

Review the CSV Specification to understand how to format your data so it is accepted by TESSA. Note the CSV specification is not intended to satisfy all ACP regulatory requirements. Your implementation data being accepted by TESSA does not automatically mean you have provided all necessary data. Ensure you understand and comply with your obligations.
