Your e-mail address will only be recorded if you choose to send us a message. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent. Aside from your name (unless you request that we do not release your name), any personal information, such as postal address, on a submission provided in a personal capacity to one of our Public Inquiries will be removed before placing/posting the submission on our website.

IPART uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to improve the performance of this website and to monitor website traffic. Privacy Statement for TESSA
TESSA (The Energy Security Safeguard Application) is an online platform operated by IPART to support a large range of our functions under the schemes constituting the Energy Security Safeguard. This statement explains how we collect personal information using TESSA and what we do with it.
Collection of your personal information
We use TESSA to collect your personal information. We do so by asking you for that information, for example when you apply for a TESSA user account or fill out a form using TESSA. Providing your personal information to us through TESSA is always voluntary, but sometimes we will need that information for you to use TESSA or to process an application you want to make.
Use and disclosure of your personal information
We use the personal information you provide to us through TESSA for the purposes of operating TESSA, regulating and administering the schemes constituting the Energy Security Safeguard, contacting you about those schemes, and other directly related or incidental purposes. Our address is Level 16, 2-24 Rawson Pl, Sydney NSW 2000.
We also share that information with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEWW), (address: 4 Parramatta Square, Parramatta NSW 2150). DCCEEW use the information to identify issues and solutions regarding government policy making for the Energy Security Safeguard and any policy, program, initiative, or matter which furthers the objects of the Safeguard, and for other directly related or incidental purposes.
