Scheme participants are required to participate in each scheme by:
- notifying us of relevant information
- lodging an Annual Statement for each scheme in which they calculate and meet their target through the surrender of certificates equivalent to the target
- paying a penalty for each scheme if the target was not fully met by the surrender of certificates.
