Compliance with the Minimum Requirements of Conduct is a standard condition of accreditation applied to all ACPs. This means you are responsible and accountable for ensuring the Minimum Requirements of Conduct are implemented in an appropriate manner. This includes ensuring you have appropriate business processes and systems in place to meet all requirements and maintaining evidence to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
