Submitting your application in TESSA

Submit your application to become an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP) through our online system TESSA by:

  • logging into TESSA (register an account first if you don’t have one)
  • entering your details
  • uploading your application documents.

Only an authorised user set up in your TESSA account with authority to sign on your organisations' behalf can submit an application for accreditation. You can apply to be an authorised user when you register for a TESSA account.

Complete the online form in TESSA and upload your application forms and supporting documents.

Documents must be in commonly used file formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG etc. and should not be password protected.

You can also agree to enter into an undertaking when completing the online form in TESSA. The Scheme Administrator has a standing requirement for all applicants to give an undertaking. Details about the undertaking are provided in our Undertaking factsheet and in TESSA. While you don’t have to agree to enter into an undertaking, the Scheme Administrator will consider this when deciding whether to accredit you.

The below video provides step by step instructions on how to submit your application, respond to a request for information and pay the application fee in TESSA.
