Reporting forms
Declaration template
We provide scheme participants with the Declaration of Liable Acquisitions (DLA) excel template to report their Liable Acquisitions. Scheme participants can report their liable acquisitions for both the Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) and Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) on the same DLA or on separate DLAs.
TESSA online reporting forms
TESSA is our online reporting system. Scheme participants use these online reporting forms to meet their reporting obligations. Our TESSA for scheme participants page contains further information, including instructional videos for each reporting form.

Detailed Scope of Works template
We provide auditors with the DSW Submission Form - Declaration of Liable Acquisition, a template for submitting their Detailed Scope of Works (DSW) for the audit of scheme participants. The auditor submits the DSW to us for approval prior to commencing the audit.
