This is the Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009, published on 24 May 2024 in the NSW Gazette. It commenced on 19 June 2024. 

Transitional provisions mean the 14 April 2023 ESS Rule applies to all implementations with an Implementation Date before 19 June.
