Notice 01/2019 - $80,000 fine paid by Mr Nikola Aquilina

Mr Nikola Aquilina, a director of a former accredited certificate provider, has paid $80,000 in fines for knowingly authorising or permitting the improper creation of energy saving certificates under the Energy Savings Scheme.
