Audit Scope - ACPs - V3.3

This document is provided to assist members of the ESS Audit Services Panel to prepare a Detailed Scope of Works (DSW) for an audit of the creation, or proposed creation, of ESCs by an ACP. It also provides guidance on the types of procedures that should be undertaken by auditors in conducting these audits.
